Lab #3 (Room 2204) - Ms. Davis

• Use the Graph Link cable to transfer the Month and Live lists to Graphical Analysis. Create a Scatter Plot with the X-values being the Month, and the Y-values the Live Dice. Use Manual Fit and pick a Model with constant values that produce an error (Mean Sqr. Err) close to zero. Fill in the appropriate Text and either print it or email it to me as an attachment. This will be part of YOUR Dead Dice assignment.
  
• Reduce the number of files on your calculator so that you have at least 10 000 bytes free. Either delete the excess, or transfer the files to your H drive, or disk, and then delete the appropriate files from your calculator.
  
• Get the following program into your calculator: NEWTON.83p or NEWTON.82p
  
• Work with your group on the Dead Dice assignment.
  
• Finish the TI vs. GA Modeling assignment, if you have not yet done so.
  
• Finish your 1st Nine-weeks Portfolio, or work on your new one.
  
• Check your email for this week’s Update.
  
• Write in your Journal.
