35. Journal Prompt for the Week of April 17, 2000:
What and Why are Residuals?

Your Journal, with writes 1-35, is due Thursday April 20, 2000. Make sure you have a new CI and all of the Journal Prompts included. Place it in my hand before 2:30 pm on the 20th. The score you make on this work will be the grade reported on your Progress Report. Recall that your grade in this class for the 4th Nine weeks will come from the 4th Nine weeks Portfolio, due in May.

This week:
# You should have turned in The Residuals work, and the Purged Portfolio.
# You should have finished the Quiz over Residuals.
# Go to Lab 1 (Library Annex) on Thursday (4-20).
# Continue to work on your WebPage. Remember that you must get your topic approved by me.
# Finish the worksheet on Solving Equations.
# Work from the book.
# Write in your Journal.
# Check your grades on the Grade Viewer.
# If you don't have a Graphing Calculator, you need to get one.
# Look at the new information on the AlgConn Web Page.
# Please note that the announcements have a listing of which computer labs are open and when, and where you can locate Graph Links to use around the building.
