Why "The" Calculus?

Your 1st Quarter Midterm Portfolio was due Monday September 18, 2000. Once you get the Portfolio back, you should look over it and read my comments. Then you may correct any score that you made that was less than a "3". When you are finished with your Portfolio, return it to me for safe keeping, since it will be part of your next Portfolio. Make sure you let me know if you are correcting your Portfolio, when you return it.

Last week you should have done the following:
- Written in your Journal.
- Worked on your Portfolio.
- Started Chapter 1, Reading section 1.1.
- Worked on the Section 1.1 Problems.
- Calculated your Portfolio grade and emailed it to me.
- Corrected any qualifying items in your Portfolio.
- Started A Functional Matter.

This week:

# Continue Chapter 1. This week 1.1 through 1.3.
# Do Section 1.1 Pages 92-96, Problems: 5-10, 12, 14, 20, 23-26, 34, 36, 46, 50, 60, 64, 70, 74, 77-78, 83.

# Quiz over Sections 1.1-1.3.
# Finish A Functional Matter.
