THE PROBLEM/QUESTION: Many people have jumped numerous times throughout the course of their athletic careers.  Many students jump for joy at the completion of the problem.  Many teachers jump for joy at the completion of their students’ terms. The fact is that jumping is a part of our lives.  Physics, too, is a part of our lives.  Physics is a part of jumping as well.  This website aims to educate students in the physics involved in this common activity, and to hopefully give that student a better appreciation for the rules that govern this world (taking a secular approach here).

 

WHAT TO DO?
